Megan's Story
WHO ARE WE?
The VOGUEPEARL techniques were created by stylist & Trichologist, Megan Ledarney, over a decade ago. Her story began with her own struggles with Trichotillomania (hair pulling), which caused her to see first hand how little stylists knew about helping women, like herself, with hair loss issues. She sought to develop techniques that didn't have to lie about hair damage, so that she could successfully help others struggling to find a solution that truly works for all hair types. Since then, the techniques have spoken for themselves, gaining us international exposure and allowing us to grow faster than we ever expected!
Over the last decade her salons (The Extensionist) have grown to become the largest corporately owned specialty extension focus salon chain in Canada, with 4 locations Canada-wide, and many awards including best salon and young female entrepreneur. Our salons install VOGUEPEARL on over 10,000 beautiful heads annually!
Our academy has been teaching VOGUEPEARL for the last 8 years, and has trained over 500 stylists in the VOGUEPEARL technique world-wide. We took a short break to fully re-launch our programs, and are pleased to now offer these revolutionary techniques via online course delivery!
